I’d 100% recommend Arrangement Guide, and I think every funeral home should have it on their website. But here's the important part: if you're going to have it, you need to have one person dedicated to it. If you're going to invest in Arrangement Guide, someone on your team needs to own the process all the way through. The lead follow-up has to be immediate.
Why does immediate follow-up matter so much?
