Gavin brings hands-on experience from his role as a Funeral Planning Coordinator. He has a proven track record in consultative and monument sales, as well as in delivering exceptional customer service.

“Gavin grew up in funeral service in Indiana, demonstrates determination and drive, and has a tremendous desire to help people,” said Frank Downing, Director of Sales Development. “That combination makes him a great fit for FDL and the funeral homes of Indiana that he will work with.”

Gavin holds a master’s degree in Sports Management and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Having served families firsthand, Gavin will bring both professional expertise and a deep personal connection to funeral homes throughout Indiana.

“I’m truly honored and grateful to serve the funeral homes in the same communities where I grew up,” Gavin said. “I want to be a consistent and reliable presence for every funeral home I serve. I also want to build genuine partnerships based on trust and shared purpose. I’m excited to join the FDL Sales Team and represent the white-glove service FDL is known for.”
